We stayed for an event and found this venue ideally placed, just a short walk from the tube station and minutes away from Wembley Arena. The facilities were of high quality and the service from the hotel staff was great. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee-making facilities.
There were some minor issues with the management, but the staff at the reception desk were doing everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The location was superb, with lots of commercial services close by, and the leisure garden area was a nice touch.

The hotel was conveniently located near the stadium and shopping center - perfect for a city trip. The staff were helpful and friendly, catering to our every need. The breakfast offered a wide variety, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a blessing during the hot weather. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
The glass bathroom doors felt a bit too transparent for our liking, lacking privacy. the water pressure in the shower was weak and the towels provided were on the smaller side.

Conveniently located in the heart of activities without noise, right by the stadium, and a 5-minute walk from the Wembley Park underground station. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and adequately equipped. The staff was friendly, helpful, and trained. Breakfast had many options available, especially for vegetarians.
The lift malfunctions put us in a dangerous situation, and the management's poor judgment makes us think twice about staying here again.
